Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with everything you order at HikedIt. That is why we offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email.

To start a return, contact us at info@hikedit.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, socks and insoles can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and the product is unworn. Gift cards cannot be returned.

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, just get in touch and we will let you know.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you actually want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the right item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund is issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need some additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at info@hikedit.com.
