How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on every US order. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive within 6 to 15 business days. You receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Start a return by sending us a message through the contact page with your order number.
How do I choose the right size?
Hiking footwear should leave a thumb's width of space in front of your toes, with a snug heel that does not slip. If you plan to wear thicker hiking socks, consider going up half a size. Each product page includes a fit tip.
Can I wear hiking shoes for everyday walks?
Absolutely. Many of our customers wear their Hikedit footwear for daily walks, dog walking and travel. The grip and support that work on the trail work just as well on pavement and park paths.
